Abstract
Enuresis is defined as an involuntary discharge of urine. Although urinary loss can occur at any age, the term enuresis is generally used to reference urine loss occurring in a child 5 years of age or older, and urinary incontinence refers to the loss of normal urinary control in an adult. Enuresis can be classified as primary or secondary.
