It is devoted primarily to serving the educational needs of the general public and the chiropractic profession. Our research journals are the science of chiropractic – COHERENCE is the soul.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to disseminate to our reading audience peer-reviewed research, monographs, books, research updates/blogs, health related news and other information dealing with the concept of vertebral subluxation. This includes health, wellness, and vertebral subluxation as they relate to children, mothering and families, upper cervical vertebral subluxation and its relationship to health and wellness and peer-reviewed scholarship and other information dealing with the unique concepts of the philosophy, principles, and practice of chiropractic. Our work is devoted primarily to serving the chiropractic profession, other health care providers, the scientific and scholarly communities, and the public at large.
We believe that information, insight, knowledge and critical thinking are the only things that will lead us out of the crisis in health care. To that end we are dedicated to adding to the discussion and being thought leaders.

The Brain Has Been There All Along
Recently it seems some chiropractors and chiropractic researchers have just discovered the brain. The truth is that its been there all along. In this presentation, historical and contemporary definitions and models of vertebral subluxation are discussed along with a description of a vertebral subluxation focused research agenda.
Where Are the New War Horses?
Fred Barge DC once asked “Where are the new War Horses”? The question asks: How far are you willing to go? How much are you willing to sacrifice? This is not the time to be small. This is the time to put your armor on and saddle up. Dr. Barge was concerned about a lack of leadership in the ranks of the profession who embraced the Sacred Trust passed on to us. He voiced that concern many years ago and never has it been more acute. Are any of you the new War Horses? I can only hope for the sake of the profession and those we serve that you are out there.
Global Burden of Vertebral Subluxation
In this lecture the current research on chiropractic as it applies to an evidence based, subluxation and wellness model will be discussed. The development of a patient centered, shared decision making model for the clinical management of patients based on the principles of chiropractic are inextricably intertwined with the importance of research to the chiropractic profession and its clinical meaningfulness.
