Abstract
A little over a year ago, the Council on Chiropractic Practice (CCP) and Publisher Terry A. Rondberg commenced the goal of fulfilling the CCP’s research mission. As part of this goal, the lofty undertaking of creating a peer-reviewed journal was initiated in March, 1996. Considerable polling of various elements of the scientific community, including subluxation-based chiropractic, revealed a strong interest in support of a journal devoted specifically to elucidating the concepts associated with the vertebral subluxation. Thus, with this fourth issue, the Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research (JVSR), sponsored by the CCP and published by Terry A. Rondberg, successfully concludes its first volume.
